we have 2 directors and 1 consultant (“our employees”);

all our employees are between 35 to 44;

we have 2 females and 1 male none of which have not changed their gender at birth;

we have 1 employee who has a disability;

all our employees are white British/English/Welsh/Northern/Scottish;

all our employees declined to comment on their religion, sexuality and occupation of their parents; and

all our employees care for a child or children under 18.

Please note that as a small firm, our employees declined to answer certain questions to protect their confidentiality.
